Submitting a Work Order Request:
- To submit a work order with Top Cut please email them at [email protected] or call 239-949-0653
- For landscape related emergencies AFTER business hours contact Top Cut at: 239-380-1408
Curbside Debris Pickup:
- Curb side debris pickup is Monday and Friday. Please have loose landscaping debris that you would like to have removed out to the street by 3:00 PM on Monday and Friday for a curbside pickup.
- Trimming: completed at each home every 6 weeks.
- Mowing: in rainy season, completed weekly. in dry season, completed bi-weekly.
- Weed Control: completed at each home every 4 weeks.
- Calusia and Areca Palm Maintenance: completed three times per year
- Additional Services Contracted with Expert Tree Care:
- Coconut Removal: completed twice per year, January and June
- Palm Tree Maintenance: completed once per year, January
